2D CAD Shipping Container Drawings

This section contains the 2D CAD format of our ISO Shipping Container drawings.

Our 2D CAD drawings are FREE to download and use.

NOTE: If you have purchased an ISO Shipping Container, the dealer should give you the 2D CAD drawings free of charge in PDF format. If not, you may download our detailed 2D CAD models and specifications from here, for your reference.

However, Container dealers generally do not have access to, or offer free 3D CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or SolidWorks drawings of the shipping containers they sell. These are available from our website.

Our shipping container technical drawings have been created for engineering and architectural purposes. For the past 18 years, our drawings have been widely used globally by architects, engineers, container dealers, building contractors, military, global governmental agencies, city building permitting departments, emergency agencies, agriculture, housing developers, expo designers, graphic designers, video game developers, container modifiers, the shipping container home industry, and many other groups.

Types Of 2D CAD Drawings And Categories-
- Wall Corrugations: 
Most drawings are available in both, Vee corrugation walls, and square.
- Door Types: One-Door, Double-Doors, and, Open-sides
Most standard shipping containers are considered "One-Door", with the door opening at only one end of the container module. 

We also offer many models with "Double-Door" types, meaning the container model opens at both ends of the shipping container. 

The third type is "Open-Sides", which opens in one-end as normal, but also has doors that open on one side. Access at one-end, and access on one-side.

- CAD Drawings:  Other formats are also available- 3D, SolidWorks, ProE/Creo, SketchUp, etc. On all shipping container drawings we offer 2D CAD files (3 types), 3D CAD files (12 popular types), SolidWorks (Pack & Go) files, ProE/Creo files, SketchUp files (2 types), PDF 3D files, and also Photoshop overlay graphic files.
